Privacy policy

I store data as part of paid access to Microsoft, Google, Zendesk, Todoist and Dropbox. In addition to emails themselves, "data" also includes email attachments and all paper documents. Telephone calls via landline numbers are IP telephone calls (i.e. telephone calls "via the Internet"), which are technically supported by Deutsche Telekom and Aircall.

For their part, some of these companies also store the data in countries for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision.

If I process your data, in addition to contractual agreements between us, you have legal rights to information, correction or deletion of the data that I have stored about you. You can also complain about me to the Berlin Bar Association or the data protection officer of your federal state.

Daten lösche ich erst, wenn das Mandat beendet und abgerechnet ist und wenn alle gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen abgelaufen sind. Soweit ich Daten über Dritte speichere (zum Beispiel Schuldner meiner Mandanten), so speichere ich diese Daten im Auftrag meiner Mandanten. Der Grund dafür ist in der Regel ein berechtigtes Interesse meiner Mandantschaft.
